ToxoDB Genomics Workshop

This free two-day workshop will be held at the Universidad del Quindio in Armenia, Colombia on June 17 and 18, 2019. The workshop is designed to provide attendees with hands-on experience using ToxoDB including:

- Genome browsing and comparative genomics
- Formulating complex multi-step searches
- RNA sequence analysis
- Querying genetic diversity on a genome-wide scale
- Metabolic pathways and GO enrichment analysis
